Born in 2019

Huttons, established in 2019, quickly expanded from sales to rentals, leasing 68 properties in our first year. Originally partnered with Keller Williams, we’ve broadened our network, connecting with agents across London and internationally.

Accelerating our success

The sales business grew quickly and naturally alongside our rental portfolio business, and we became one of the top-performing businesses within the KW network for London.

Accelerating our growth

In 2021 we started to gradually build up our presence in East London and hired our first two administrators. That year we sold our first £1M + listing and took our rental management book to 50 properties.

Becoming a partnership

We got to 2022 with a strong growth mindset. We rebranded as Huttons and Partners with a long-term strategy to bring on partner agents. Nick was the first partner agent to join in March 2022.

Rave reviews

We moved into our new office space in Canary Wharf in 2023 as the team grew. Elise joined us in January, Gabriella joined us in June. We achieved huge success – it was our best year yet – with over 100 5 star google reviews

In 2024 we were recommended as one of the Top 8 Agents in E14 area, our partner agents are growing their businesses in their core area, and we are on target to have another record breaking year.

My experience with Hutton and Partner was with Jamie in setting up the sale of our apartment and with Nick in the actual sale and the process until completion. Very honest and positive experience. First of all, Jamie was very clear about his expected timeline, which in the end was almost spot on. Jamie was understanding and listened to us when we wanted to change the pricing strategy even though we actually briefly went against his advice. Nick managed to get us an offer on our apartment up from its original level from the buyer to a higher level that we finally accepted. That turned out to be very important as there was a lot of supply at the time and he managed to convince the buyer in the qualities of our apartment that were unique to get us to an offer we accepted.

I wish I could give more than 5 starts to Jamie and the team. As first time buyers also buying from overseas (USA > UK) my wife and I would have been completely lost without the Huttons team.

Jamie made the process feel as stress free as possible (despite selling agents / solicitors not getting the memo about making things easy) and always responded professionally and in a timely manner to the 1 million questions we had.

Everything was explained to us at each step of the process making us feel incredibly comfortable start to finish.

Jamie made us feel like his only client which is the mark of a true professional. Ive already recommended Huttons to 2 friends looking to move from Australia back to London.

We appointed Huttons to sell our two bedroom property in E1 in September 2024 because I was impressed by the reviews, and by Nick Garrett when he visited . He seemed to have a much better grip of the local property market than other people who came to see us. I also liked the lack of usual estate agent hype (to use a polite word) and I liked what Nick said about their structured sales process – giving me the impression they would be better than most at helping monitor progress and getting the sale over the line . We exchanged contracts in December and I have to say Huttons managed to exceed my high expectations . Nick was outstanding throughout the whole process going out of his way to be helpful when we needed it. I can strongly recommend them.
