    Is there a monthly fee?

    Yes, there is a small monthly subscription fee of £150 + VAT per month. The subscription gives you access to the use of the tech, personal financial spreadsheets, marketing portals etc.

    Do I need to have my own company?

    You will need to register as self employed. We have an onboarding process that helps you get set up.

    Are leads/listings provided?

    We provide initial support by offering leads from our current portfolio to help the agent get started. In addition to this, we are committed to offering continued support in various other ways to assist with generating new listings. This ensures the agent has the tools and resources needed to build and expand their client base effectively.

    Will I be working on my own?

    While you operate as your own limited company in partnership with H&P, we foster a strong team culture where everyone is aligned in working toward similar goals through consistent training. There’s a real sense of community, with a supportive, family-like atmosphere. We regularly connect through weekly catch-ups, monthly meet-ups, and coaching sessions to ensure we all grow and succeed together.
