Jamie Hutton
The phrase ‘mad as a March hare’ springs to mind, but what an amazing month it has been!
We welcomed in the official start of the season and the market has truly come alive. In fact, as a team Huttons & Partners sealed the deal on 12 sales this month!
A Reawakening of Buyer Confidence
With inflation rates stabilising and whispers of further reductions on the horizon, buyer confidence is experiencing a renaissance, fostering a renewed sense of assurance and enthusiasm among prospective buyers.
Property values are also more attractive, allowing for the market to balance out. This equilibrium is a welcome shift in the landscape and I am confident that after a more subdued spring market in 2023, this year will be stronger than ever.
Springing Forward in the City
As the days stretch longer and we eagerly anticipate sunnier climes, the pulse of Canary Wharf beats with newfound vigour.
It’s fantastic to see the city reawaken, particularly during the lighter evenings - it’s the perfect season to explore some of the great pubs we have on our doorstep. Our team favourites include The Dickens Inn at St. Katharine’s Dock and The Gun in E14 (we’ve even listed a property right next door), but there is certainly no shortage of spots to embrace the spirit of spring and indulge in some good food and drink.
Do you have any favourite pubs in London to revel in the spring awakening? Hit reply and let me know - we’re always keen to try out new spots!
